As part of our screen printing service we include these standard benefits:
We use some of the Top Inks in the Industry:
Epic™ Rio is the latest non-phthalate color mixing system from Wilflex, and it’s been designed with the latest pigment technology for optimum color strength.
Screen Printing is the most popular and versatile service we offer. We can imprint a wide variety of garments.
Here is an example of Custom Relabeling. We can screen print your logo inside the neck area as a custom inside tag.
Heat transfer printing is an effective way to print all kinds of different garments, bags, hats, jerseys, coffee mugs, metal signs and so much more. Heat transfer printing is also a way to do short run clothing below our screen printing minimums, making it a flexible option for clients needing only a few items. Here at Sixty6 INK, we offer all types of heat transfer printing such as die cut and digital vinyl, screen printed heat transfers, foil, sublimation and heat applied embroidered patches.
We Stitch Logos & Artwork On Work Wear, Uniforms, Hats Jackets, Bags & Accessories.
The hottest trend in the garment industry today is the use of unique print locations. Atypical placement is used to create fashion forward clothing; to express a message or personal style or even to highlight a product or sponsor. The traditional print placement is a thing of the past, new technology and inks allow for a much wider variety of print placement. Please check out our unique print locations to add the “WOW!” factor to any garment. You can highlight your clients’ brand like never before.
Print ready is a term used to refer to artwork that can be used for printing without requiring any changes. When submitted artwork is not print ready, production time may be delayed and additional art charges may apply. Please follow the guidelines listed below when submitting artwork:
VECTORED ART FILE – Vectored art is clean, print ready artwork that can be resized without losing any quality or clarity. Fonts should be converted to outlines and all colors should be in PMS spot colors. Vectored art is created in programs like Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.
Acceptable vectored file formats: .Ai .PDF .EPS .CDR
RASTER ART FILE – Raster files are composed of pixels and are generally created in Adobe Photoshop. Raster graphics are best used for non-line art images – specifically digital photographs, scanned artwork or detailed graphics. Low resolution files may require additional art time and fees to become print ready.
Acceptable raster file formats: .TIFF .JPEG .GIF .BMP
SPOT COLOR PROCESS – Spot color process is printed by separating each color of the design into its own screen. A vectored art file is needed in order to achieve a clean crisp look. Using our stock color ink chart or a custom PMS ink match, for each color, in the design is required in order to avoid color issues.
FOUR COLOR PROCESS – All artwork for a process print must have a resolution of 300 dpi or higher and be at the final output size. Lower resolution results in pixelated or blurry images. Please keep in mind any image taken from the web is low resolution.
